My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Each and every moment of your life is rich with possibility. In every breath you get to choose how you react to life, what will think, and what you will do in the very next moment. The possibilities are endless! The opportunities for love and kindness are beyond imagination! If you could see reality as we do, you would never ever feel trapped in your life's situations. From our perspective in the heavens,we can see how each and every choice you make, in every moment, in every breath, gives you an entirely different different future.

Say, for example, you feel trapped in a job you do not like. You have to pay the bills to support your family. You don't have time to go to school. You've tried to find a new job and you don't know where to turn. Now, from a human perspective, that might look as if you have no other choices. However, you do have choice, dear friends! 

You can change your vibration even when you can't change your situation!

You can go to work every day saying to yourself, "I hate this job! I can't stand these people. My life is terrible." In that very sad reality your mind will continue to look for all that is terrible about this job. You will continue to attract terrible situations, unkind people, and you will spiral into a vortex of negativity, very much like a tornado, drawing all sorts of unwanted situations into your life.

Alternately, you can say to yourself, "I do want a better job but I'm thankful I have a paycheck. I'm thankful this job allows me to have heating and air conditioning, or food on the table. These aren't the nicest people, but at least we're not at war. At least I am safe. I do want so much more for my life. I'm going to focus on creating more. But for now I'll give thanks for what I have." 

In this reality, dear ones, you do not waste one ounce of your precious life energy spiraling into the exhausting vortex of negativity. You allow yourself your feelings of wanting more, and yet you seek the things about your current situation that you can bless. 

You start to dream about your ideal job. You raise your vibration and suddenly, you are no longer playing by human rules. You are living "in the world but not of it." Suddenly you open your heart, mind, body, and soul to miracles. Suddenly a friend calls out of the blue and recommends that you check out a job opportunity. Perhaps you get transferred, promoted, or given a bonus. There are so many possibilities that open up for you when you seek to see love and bring love in any given situation... even while creating more.

Dear ones you are not trapped... ever. Even when you can't change your situation, you can change your vibration... and in this reality you allow Divine grace and miracles to flow into your life.

Hi Everyone,

So many times in my life I have done everything I know to do and have no clue what to do next. So, as the angels say, when I can't change my situation, I change my vibration!

A few weeks ago I was excited and happy to be gazing once again. Imagine my shock when I woke up the day prior with my face covered in hives! Big ones. Itchy, burning, nasty unsightly hives! I had no idea what to do or what was going on in my body. I didn't have a clue how to improve my situation, so I sat and improved my vibration. 

It was scary to not know what was going on so suddenly in my body, but I knew better than to indulge in too much fear. So I felt the fear and flipped iit to excitement. They are viscerally the same thing. I started telling myself, "I'm so excited this is going to heal. I'm so excited I'm going to be able to gaze tomorrow. I can't wait for help. I know its coming. I pictured everything being OK by the next day." In that space of peacefully imagining the desired out come, mangoes popped into my head. Really.

For years I've given myself mango facials and loved them! But that was the only thing I had done on the day prior that seemed out of the ordinary. Come to think of it, last month when I did one I broke out in odd looking bumps the next day too. Could I be allergic, even though I'd been fine for years? I wasn't sure but I was getting the feeling that this was some really bad allergic reaction. I took some allergy medicine, talked to my immune system about appropriate responses, and gazed for myself. By the next day the hives had gone down so much you could barely see them on camera! The energy really worked its magic.

Still, I wanted to know more. So I envisioned that by the end of the week I would know the exact cause of the problem. Sure enough on Saturday at a channeling session given by my friend Summer Bacon, my name was picked to ask a question. The spirit that comes through Summer confirmed I had a nasty reaction to a chemical used to grow the mangoes faster than nature intended. No more mangoes for me, unless they're of known organic origin! And the cure - very easy - a lot of vitamin C to anti-oxidize the chemicals, and tons of water to flush it through my system! 

So when you don't have a clue what to do... here are a few tips to help you change your vibration so you can open up to miraculous help...

1. Don't Panic or Project Negative Outcomes

We humans seem to be wired for control, and when we can't control a situation many of us were programmed to automatically dive into fear and assume the worst. If you don't know how to change jobs you might assume you just have to suffer through it. If you're in a tough relationship you might assume your life will never get better. If you don't know how to pay a bill you might logically assume you will be in debt. If your not feeling well you might assume that you're going to feel bad for a certain length of time. "Oh no I have the flu, there goes this week...." 

Try to stop yourself. Question your assumptions. Turn your fear into excitement and if you can't, fake it till you make it! "I'm so excited that I've got heavenly help! I'm so excited that I'm going to get my miracle. I'm so excited that even though I have no clue I'm creating a better situation..." You get the idea. Keep it up until you are excited and filled with faith.

2. Imagine the Best / Improve your Vibration

Now try to imagine what you'd like to happen, how you'd like to feel. For example, how would you like to feel in your dream job? What would it be like to have peace or peaceful separation in a difficult relationship? What would it be like to have this bill miraculously paid or be given a grace period. What would it be like to be healed within days... or whatever you might be able to imagine. Try to get into the feeling of it. This automatically starts to tune your energy field into the best possible outcome! So much better than tuning into the worst.

3. Remember when you don't know how... God does

I have seen unimaginable, miraculous solutions when people get their energy right. One dear client has lived for years on total faith without a steady job and her miracles never run out! Another didn't know how on earth she'd ever find peace with a soon to be ex, but she grew, improved her vibration and miraculously, the soon to be ex changed, grew, and the marriage was saved!

One of our dear "Ann & the Angels" viewers got her vibration right and started attracting enough ideas and help to pay off a nearly 90K student loan within months. Another got her vibration right and a good samaratin paid off thousands of dollars of back taxes on her house. You never know how your challenges might be solved... but God does!

So this week, remember...
When you can't change your situations, you can always change your vibration!
