Dear One, it is imperative that you begin to see yourself in a whole New Light. A good mantra for you at this time would be:

Shhhhh…..Be still and know that I AM God.

Say this silently to yourself to calm your busy mind. There is much happening within you, many physical changes of which you are not aware.

The Solar Eclipse brought in a lot of energy and your body is still in the process of integrating this energy. The energy is being felt even stronger now in the wake of the first eclipse, and as you prepare yourself for the Equinox on the 19/20th and the Lunar eclipse on the 23rd, the energy is beginning to have an even stronger effect on your physical body. Know that the integration of this energy will take at least 2 to 3 months.

It is vitally important that you keep your space clear of low frequency energy and pollutants/contaminants (poisons/chemicals/toxins/impurities). By “your space” we mean not just the environment in which you live, but also your physical body. Pollutants are low frequency toxic energy. Your body is always responding to energy and detoxing itself of low frequency energy. Remember also that your body is a metaphor for the Body of the Whole Planet. What you do to yourself, you do to and for the Planet, therefore be mindful of your thoughts, words and actions. Everything has an energetic imprint and effect. Ensure that your thoughts/words/actions are in alignment.

The higher frequency energy is bringing to the surface for clearing all that is not in resonance with it. Keep your sleeping space clear of low frequency electromagnetic energy from electrical gadgets. Your bedroom should be treated as your Sacred space. At night switch off all electrical gadgets and if possible do not even use an electrical clock. Ask your Higher Self for a wake-up call if you need to be awoken at a certain time. Trust this is possible.

Work with your Higher Self to BE in daily communion with your Highest Guidance within. Together you can integrate the energy even faster and this will help your physical body. If you are experiencing headaches, a few drops of lavender or peppermint essential oil dabbed onto your temples and at the base of your skull will bring relief.

Be mindful of what you’re eating as well. Animal sourced foods are difficult to digest and often cause acid reflux. Drink lots of water and fresh juices that you prepare yourself. Your body requires very little physical food. What it needs is the life-force energy contained within the food itself. You can add life-force energy to the food you eat and the water you drink by placing your palms over your food and water and visualizing the life-force energy entering the food and water. You will feel your hands begin to tingle as the energy is transferred into your food and water. Always hold the intention that the food you eat is for the nourishment and healing of your Body. And remember to express your gratitude and your love and appreciation to the Energies that created it for you.

You are more powerful than you realize. What you’re doing here, you’re not doing alone. It is imperative that you begin to understand that you are part of The Whole. There is a whole host of Energies that are working with you to Co-Create a New Earth and a New Reality in this Golden Age. This reality is heart-based, and it is therefore vitally important that you GO with-IN to utilize your God given strength and power. All is within you. There is nothing outside of you. If you are experiencing lack of any kind, it is because you are still holding within you lack consciousness. Know that God is abundant! You are at all times connected to The Source of ALL abundance. Have Faith. Repeat the mantra above. And remember this also: Anything is possible. Don’t let anyone or anything convince you otherwise.
