October’s Theme: Divine guidance and messages.  These messages are important for us personally, emotionally and spiritually so work on staying open to the information that you receive.

1031:  We close out the month of October by working with the Ascended Masters.  Aside from offering us assistance one of their goals is to help us focus on truth, both divine and personal, which helps keep us centered on our path and headed in the right direction. Like the angels, you can call upon them any time. If you are feeling down or confused they can show you how to shift your thoughts into the optimistic and lighter side. Their peaceful and loving energy will help ease your mind and help you see things in a different light. Today they are asking us to close out the month by tying up any loose ends so that we can enter the new cycle at peace with ourselves!

• The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change.

• The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

• The Hindu Goddess White Tara says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

• Moldavite which elevates our consciousness and helps us to connect directly to the Ascended Masters.

• Selenite is a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

• Celestite which promotes spiritual development and teaches us to reach for personal enlightenment and helps us to find peace within. It also helps us to embrace new experiences while blending instinct and intellect to create balance and harmony while providing strength and calm.
