124: Every day we are surrounded with loving energy and so our message is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us. The line of communication is always open and we can ask them for help at any time, especially on days we feel down, scared or helpless. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can be happy, healthy and achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that. Our power is rooted in belief so believe in your heart that you are strong, blessed and that you have the power of the Universe behind you all the way.
