I think one of the finest gifts I can give my friends in the holiday season is to pause with a long enough quality to actually SEE them. My calm, unhurried presence communicates this gift of a message, “I see you. 1213: As the holidays draw near we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety which can be created through negative emotions and relationships, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes your energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.
