January’s Theme: Stay focused on your desires and not your fears or past happenings. Our thoughts are ready to manifest into reality so stay focused on where you want to go instead of where you’ve been.

When you are alone you are not alone, you are simply lonely – and there is a tremendous difference between loneliness and aloneness. When you are lonely you are thinking of the other, you are missing the other. Loneliness is a negative state. You are feeling that it would have been better if the other were there –your friend, your wife, your mother, your beloved, your husband. It would have been good if the other were there, but the other is not. Loneliness is absence of the other. Aloneness is the presence of oneself. Aloneness is very positive. It is a presence, overflowing presence. You are so full of presence that you can fill the whole universe with your presence and there is no need for anybody. – Osho

14:  Have you ever had a day where you just felt alone, even though you are surrounded by friends or family? If today is one of those days just remember that you are never alone. We are always surrounded by loving energies that want to help us and want what’s best for us. Today the Angels are sending us a gentle reminder that they are always available to help us or offer guidance. Meditation, affirmations or visualizations can help us to feel the divine love. Focus on something that brings you joy or start a new project that gets your creative energy flowing. Remember that the key lies in your powers of loving and positive thought, self-love and the willingness to embrace the divine assistance being sent to you!

• Azurite-Malachite. This powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which can also help to reduce our stress levels.

• Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential.
