Adama of Telos:

"Greetings, Beloved Ones.

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

The current influx of energies is designed to continue to assist you to release the old, lower dimensional energies and to bring in the higher dimensional frequencies and lightcodes. 

This is an ongoing process until humanity and planet Earth has ascended and is free.

The key to move through this process with as much ease and grace is to continue to connect with the God/Source within you, your I AM presence, for as much as you can. 

Whenever you are experiencing, contemplating or observing something unpleasant, be still and go inward, by imagining a golden warm light in your heart center and a golden column of Light going upwards to your higher aspects, God and the Great Central Sun.

Take slow deep breaths and begin to feel the love of God flowing into your heart and into your world.

The more you are redirecting your focus from the unpleasantness of your experience back to God, the more it becomes a habit.

The more this redirection becomes a habit, the more stillness and harmony is going to be a steady current within you. 

This allows for a gentle release of the old and allows for the higher vibrational frequencies to be integrated within your four lower bodies. (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.)

It also allows you to give more energy and power the almighty God vs. the less powerful circumstances and experiences.

Remember, who would you rather give your power?

To God who is so powerful that he created the entire Planet, Universe and Multiverse or to whatever you are experiencing at the moment? 

At the beginning of this process, you might not always remember to refocus back on God/Source and you might go down the rabbit hole.

That is quite normal as this conditioning was ingrained over eons. 

This conditioning is more about "What to do about something" vs. allowing for God/Source to provide you with the solutions and all good things. 

Once you allow for God/Source to step in, you will be inspired to take action. 

But, not until then. 

Alignment with God/Source comes first, then the "inspired" (in-Spirit) action. 

Over time, you'll remember more often to align with God/Source first, until you have created a powerful momentum and out of habit, you will become a new person.

A person who is fully aligned with God/Source, who is a full expression of God - as God. 

Then, less and less of the unpleasant experiences will show up in your life and you will be able to receive all the goodness or "God-ness" that is just waiting for you to shower you with the experience of Heaven on Earth. 

You are on your best way to experiencing it.
