"Greetings, Beloved Ones.

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

As you are celebrating your Thanksgiving in the USA and other celebrations of giving thanks for the harvest in other countries, around this time of year, we invite you to contemplate the power of Gratitude.

For a moment, remember the last time you were grateful or praised someone or something. 

How did that feel?

What other thoughts followed it?

Now, for a moment remember the last time you criticised, judged, condemned, resented or had envy.

How did that feel?

What other thoughts followed it?

The feeling and thoughts that follow are quite different isn't it?

The energies of both move in a spiraling, expanding action and attract more thoughts, feelings and experiences into your life. 

You have full control and free will to choose which spiral you wish to create. 

If you wish to have more experiences to criticize, judge, condemn, resent or envy, then thinking, feeling and saying these unpleasant thoughts, feelings, words, and actions creates this kind of spiral. 

If you wish to experience more things and people to be grateful for, to praise, to feel joy, love and so forth, create a spiral by praising and appreciating.

Everything you send out, returns in some version back to you. 

We hear this question often:

"But, what if I don't know how to stop criticizing, judging, resenting and so on?"

Sometimes, it helps to know that each individual is actually doing the best they can to move through this embodiment.

You might not know what led others to act a certain way. 

Many are acting out of pain or fear...

Your kindness will go a long way. Simply say to yourself "He/she is trying the best they can..." and then, make sure to stop thinking about it. 

Distract yourself with a different thought, by finding things and people to praise.

Over time, you will find less and less things and people to criticize.

Harmony and Peace will enter your being, which opens the doors to all good things.
