"Greetings, Beloved Ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

In the last few days, you had the opportunity to revisit many old energies, which have been brought up by the full moon energies. 

Please know that any strange dreams you might have had, were assisting you in the releasing of them. 

This prepared you for your alignment with the higher dimensions, which is getting stronger and stronger, as you are approaching the Spring Equinox energy portal on March 19th/20th, 2016.

"Ease and Flow" is the order of the day now. 

Follow the ease and flow of any decision and interaction throughout your day, to enter one higher dimensional reality after the other. 

Your reality is fluid and you are able to step into either a higher vibrational reality or a lower vibrational reality, every moment of your experience.

Follow the ease and flow of this process.

Your heart center is your guide to recognize this ease and flow.

With your shifting into the higher dimensions, the gap between us, the Ascended Masters, Angels and Galactic Beings of Light is becoming smaller and smaller.

You will experience our presence on more and more tangible levels, as long as you stay in your heart, love and joy.

Here in Telos, we have been working with all Realms of Light to assist with the ascension of humanity into the higher dimensions and to come home to your "normal" state of existence.

The number of people who are waking up on an accelerated pace is increasing fast and your momentum of light has reached a tipping point. 

To increase this light even further, hold the vision of a world that you wish to experience. This one of the most powerful things you can do on an individual level. The combined focus of all intentions will shift humanity and this earth even faster into the higher vibrational frequencies.

Enjoy this journey, have compassion for your journey and continue to remain in a state of appreciation, love, peace and harmony.

Look deliberately for what you wish to experience more of and tell a new story of your life.

We invite you to write down the story of your life, the way you wish to experience it.

Write it down as if it is happening now. Pay attention to how you feel, as you are writing down the words and only write down what feels good, joyful, loving and elating.

Do this for at least 21 days and watch your world transform.
