You are in control of the way you feel, Dear One, nobody else is.

If you are allowing the outer circumstance to influence the way you feel, you are giving away your power to the outer circumstances.

So, we invite you to take back the power over your own emotions and to be in charge of the way you feel, every day.

Why is it so important to be in charge of your emotions?

Because it creates your reality.

We have seen humanity engage for the past few month with very low vibrational emotions, as you have been witnessing what has been going on. 

As you have engaged with it, for some of you, what you've feared and engaged with most came true.

The question is, will you continue to engage with your fears and send these energies out, to create more negative experiences?

Or, will you begin to engage with higher vibrational emotions to create more positive experiences?

Reality is fluid and nothing is written in stone. 

Everything is constantly changing. 

So, where to begin?

Begin by bringing your attention and engagement into your immediate world. (Your personal life, your work life and so forth...)

By bringing your engagement from the Macro-Reality (The World) to the Micro-Reality (Your Individual Experience), you will be able to gain your vibrational and emotional footing again. 

Look around and list all the blessings in your life.

Who do you love? Who loves you?

What are your gifts and abilities?

What are you looking forward to?

What kind of information and technology is available to you?

What are other blessings in your life?

After a while, you will have reached a new vibrational setpoint, that will allow you to be the light that you wish to see in the world.

Lead by example. 

This is a powerful learning experience for humanity and we are here to support you. 

We are not allowed to intervene in the decisions of humanity, as it would prevent your sovereignty.

You are loved beyond measure.

We are with you... always.

We love you.

We are you.
