Today we're going to comment on chapter 7 of book III of Telos.

Once again we welcome our brother Galatril from Posid, the Atlantean city. In this chapter, he takes the stage once again to share with you all the experiences that the Atlantean civilization had a long time ago. What can I say?

It's interesting when a soul or consciousness begins to rediscover itself, begins to be aware of the Divine Being that it is, of all its gifts and powers. Many are surprised, but many souls still don't believe, still give voice to the ego, which will always tell them: "This is not the way. You need to be embodied in your world. You can't live in this world of fantasies!". And many souls listen to this unbridled talk from the ego.

Each one of us, whether we're here in the Fifth Dimension or you're still there in the Third Dimension, was born with all the gifts and powers inherent in a soul. All beings in the universe have these powers because we are the likeness of God the Father/Mother. He didn't create us as thinking, talking things. There is a purpose in each of us.

The only point to always remember is not to get caught up in the ego again, because it likes power, it likes to be superior, it likes to discriminate, it likes to separate, because it wants to live alone, it wants to reign alone. Many of you are asking yourselves today: "Why don't I feel these powers? Why can't anything make me believe that I really am what they say I am?"

As long as you seek belief, as long as you seek proof, you will find nothing. Everyone needs to let their heart speak. Ascending is not just about vibrating high. Ascending is one step at a time. Ascending is that mountain you're climbing, or that building, that pyramid, whatever you call it, that you're climbing step by step. Don't think that you'll go to sleep as you are and wake up magicians, full of power and with the ability to change everything.

That won't happen. The global human consciousness needs to rise. Each of you has to do your part, but not for yourself, for the Whole. Everything you are seeking is part of a global consciousness that is also expanding. But realize that this global consciousness is still very much asleep. So, in order for you to perceive, feel and see your own powers, a very powerful charge of energy and vibration needs to be created in each of you, so that you can emerge from this global consciousness.

That's why we've been saying so much: "Get out of this great mass!" Every day, every moment, you need to move away from everything that belongs to this great mass. Don't take this to mean that you need to be in a cave, alone, on top of a mountain, where no one can get to you. And how would you survive? Would you be ready for that, to live off the land, to learn how to get your food from the land alone? Because you couldn't hunt. Would you be ready? I answer: "No". You are not ready.

So you have to understand that you have to keep walking, even without seeing anything, without feeling anything, without perceiving anything. Your bodies are changing. Your internal structure is changing. No, you won't see this in your exams. And how can you believe that all this is happening? With your heart, never with your ego. The ego will never let you believe so many strange things.

Let your heart speak. It's the heart that leads you upwards, day by day. No matter the path. And when you decide to listen to your heart, you have our help, the help of all the Beings of Light around you. The help of all those who vibrate very high, helping you to cover your heart against the doubts of the ego. And it grows, grows, grows, but it doesn't grow in size, it grows in Love. Because this is what makes you ascend. It is the consciousness of Love that you emanate that increases the Light in your bodies, that increases the vibration in your bodies.

So make a decision. Just love everything and everyone. Get out of any process that doesn't include Love in the middle. Get away from it. Where there is Love, where there is something that is for the good, be part of it, help. Now anything else that doesn't bring Love, that doesn't bring Light, try to stay away.

We understand that the call is still very great, that you simply cannot isolate yourselves, but for every moment that you live, that is necessary and that there is no Love involved, know how to cleanse yourself afterwards; know how to at least remove from your bodies and minds everything that you have absorbed. And be sure, you have burned up a lot of positive vibration, because what comes in negative is burned up by the positive. So, you can go down a few steps.

Know how to make your choices. Know how to get involved in what is strictly necessary; for the rest, try to stay away. Thinking the path is silly or pointless is the ego talking. Thinking that everything I'm saying is unnecessary is the ego talking. The more you put.
