To participate once more in this walk of the rays is a reason for too much joy for me. So many of you don't understand this walk, and I will explain it straightforwardly. Imagine a door. The opening of this door is your will to go through this walk and this path.

So when you open this door, you find yourself in a room with a Blue Light. There you receive the entire frequency of that Light, all the aspects. And you can just walk through that room or do something that is of benefit to yourself.

In front of you, there is a new door, and when you open it, you change rooms, go into a room with a Yellow Light, and everything repeats. You receive that Light, and you can act within it as you wish. And you walk through each of the rooms presented in front of you. When you get to the room of the Violet Light, you have two doors: one that you can just walk out of that circle that you entered, yes, because there is a circle. The rooms are adjacent and form a circle. Then you can choose to exit through a side door, continue ahead where all the doors were, and go back to the blue process, to the Blue Light point.

Then notice that there are also two doors in the room with the Blue Light: one where you enter and one where you arrive after the Violet Ray. So how to skip one of these rooms? There is no way. If you stay in one room longer than necessary (24 hours), not counting weekends, that whole process fades away. Those lights go out because you haven't accomplished the time required to walk those rays.

It has already been explained here why it can't be done on weekends. Within your world, don't come to me to answer that you don't act this way; that is not the point. Within your world, the weekend is a troubling time. It's a very negative time. Because you make it so, it is a time of excess, no control, and total lack of sense for many on the planet. So this energy repeats itself every weekend. So it's as if we take those days out of that walk, and you spliced the Green Ray meditation with the Red Ray meditation as if those two days didn't exist.

There is a sequence, a rule, and a process within this circle of the 7 Rays, where you need to stay a maximum of 24 hours on each one. But, of course, we are not being radical here. You can do the meditation with a difference of one or two hours above or below, and nothing is lost. So let you make a habit of going through each ray, always at about the same time, to absorb the necessary energy, the necessary amount.

Don't think this is nonsense; don't think this is all a joke. When our energy acts upon your souls and physical bodies, there is a transformation. It is not just saying going through the ray; there is a transformation caused by each of the rays. Some do it with an empty heart, thinking that they are just walking through colorful rooms and can walk through them to beautiful music and dance their way through each one. I would tell them to keep going and keep doing what they think is right. Just be aware that you are not receiving anything. You are literally walking through each of those rooms, nothing else. Nothing is happening to you. Nothing is being transformed. And if something in your life is changing, good for you, because you have managed to change something, but it's not the rays that have changed.

So doing the 7 rays lightning walk is not something for fun. It's not something that has no purpose. There is really a purpose. We are here doing this, and we will do 7 turns in this circle of rays so that your souls will have the necessary conditions to elevate themselves more and more. So do it with love, do it with respect, do it with care. And indeed, at the end of the 7 turns, you will clearly see the changes you have undergone.

Meditation

You should do this meditation seated.

Seat comfortably.

Take some deep breaths.

Imagine that you inspire a White Light, and when you expire, you throw away the bad things, unbalance, and lack of love in your body and mind.

Then, inspire the White Light and expire everything you wish.

Inspire the White Light and expire all you want to throw away.

Inspire the White Light and expire all you want to get rid of.

Maintain a light breath, a deep and light breath.

See yourself in a room, a vast and round room.

There’s a Light over you; still, you perceive there are windows.

Stand up and select one of those windows to open.

When you open that window, say: “I open myself to forgiveness.”

Now, wide-open the window. See the Light that comes to you.

Now go to the next window.

When opening the next window, say: “I open myself to ask for forgiveness.”

Open wide the window and receive all Light that will come.

Now go to the next window.

When opening the window, say: “I open myself to Unconditional Love.”

Open wide the window and receive all Light that will come to you.

Go to the next window.

When you open that window, say: “I open myself to equilibrium.”

Open wide the window and receive all Light that will come to you.

Now, go to the next window.

Open that window and say: “I open myself to new things, the New World.”

Open that window wide and receive all Light that will come to you.

Go to the next window.

Open the window and say: I open myself to the Fifth Dimension.”

Open the window wide and say twice: “I open myself to the Fifth Dimension. I open myself to the Fifth Dimension.”

Open the window wide and receive all Light that will come to you.

You have only one window left; no, don’t open it yet.

In the last window, you will ask for something good for your soul, life, and the moment you live, something that, when it happens, will bring you much joy and happiness.

Then, when you open the window, say: “I open myself to...” and say what you want.

Now, receive all Light that will come to you.

Now return to the center of the room.

The Light is intense. It is a White Light, very bright.

It is as if those Light beams came to you and illuminated you inside.

Now close your eyes.

Feel a strong, vibrant, and powerful energy overtaking your body and soul, giving you courage, strength, belief, confidence, and faith that you will make it.

Now open your eyes.

No, you are no longer in that room full of open windows; you are in Nature.

You are in a beautiful place, with a waterfall in front of you.

You are seat out of water.

Look at your body.

You are shining.

All the energy of my Red Ray is acting on you.

No, you are not red.

The Red Ray can act on you and make you shine without necessarily leaving you red.

Feel all the energy of my ray running through your body.

Now you stand up and enter this small pond formed by the waterfall.

The water is warm and pleasant.

Now you start walking. Go walking to the place where the waterfalls.

Ao chegar perto, entre na queda da água. Não, ela não lhe machucará.

Close your eyes and step off the waterfall.

Don’t open your eyes. Let the excess energy you received dissipate in this lake. Repeat the words: “I am pure equilibrium. I am pure equilibrium. I am pure equilibrium. Now you can open your eyes and leave this small pond.

Seat on the pond margin again.

Feel the Sunlight shining on your body.

Close your eyes.

Breath profoundly.

And whenever you feel unbalanced, see yourself in this waterfall. Call for me, and I will be immediately in that waterfall energizing you and changing your imbalance into total equilibrium.

Breath deeply a few times and slowly come back to your consciousness.
