Whatsoever it may be; these experiences create an impact that is still affecting you in this now moment. In order for you to move forward to live within that balanced place in the ascended energies, you have to allow your physical, your mental, your emotional, and of course your spiritual is the platform energies so that you may receive all the benefits of the higher frequency.
