As you take this moment while still here and present. Put forth an intention.

That you in your physicality, are open to whatever may be around you, that you are open to your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs. And then even ask them to become balanced or integrated in such a way that it becomes clear. I can see how sometimes when you open, there’s a sense of an overwhelming wave or too much. Which in turn may cause you to have concerns. However, as you let things move through, you can find that alignment that is the foundation for you as the person that you are.
