Speaking of working with the ball of energy created in your heart center:

You let it go down through your energy bodies. It moves out through your roots center. And it merges with Gaia. As you, feel this energy or this wave of energy moved through you, you are feeling the vibration and the frequency of Gaia.

It may be that you connect to the same place every time. So, reach a little further as if you are sending your energy out even further. Feel that calming, soothing heartbeat of the earth as it then flows back up within you. As you take a moment, you may feel how your own heart synchronizes with Gaia. It may feel as if your heart is slowing down. This is filling you with the grounding energies of the earth.
