Channeled Meditation

Within this fifth dimensional energy, you have the ability to filter emotions.  When you recognize that you are perhaps angry, frustrated, upset what is that telling you?  Begin to look inside. 

Maybe it’s telling you something tiny, maybe it’s telling you something significant.  If you feel an emotion and it comes up repeatedly there is a message in that emotion.
