This is another way to align with your expanded self.

As you look at the movement and the flow within your galaxy, I ask you to go inside and see if there is a particular star or planet that you find yourself drawn to. You may have a conscious knowledge of what that is or it may be unconscious. But all of you have an aspect of you that comes from your divinity, your God source that is living out within this galaxy at this time. So you can ask to follow that string of energy and find that part of yourself.

Most likely it is going to be someone that is a reflection of what your life is here, lived out in a different experience; some might call this a parallel reality; some might call this an alternate reality. The intention is that you just gently allow your consciousness to flow so that you may observe yourself as you live this other lifetime.
