Feeling good 24/7 is not encouraged in this world. How could we possibly feel good when others are suffering. The homeless, war-torn countries, poverty, and disease are rampant. People are suffering emotionally. There is loneliness, heart break, despair. We may know people in our own life that are suffering.
We let ourselves feel good for a bit, but then we unplug from that when we witness what’s going on around us.
It doesn’t feel quite safe to our human self to feel joyful, I mean really joyful, not just slapping on a happy face in a world in which the basis of life is struggle, pain and suffering.
Our mothers and fathers had their struggles, their pain, and they also had joy-filled moments. As did our ancestors. We ourselves, in this lifetime had our joy and our pain.
As souls, we chose lifetimes of pain as a way to learn and grow.
THIS LIFETIME IS DIFFERENT
This lifetime is different. It’s the first lifetime some of us decided we were going to set the pain free. We were determined, as souls, to come here and live our lives without the angst. Without the guilt, the shame, the worry, the doubt, or the self-loathing. Without the physical discomforts and the disease.
And we have been doing just that. Releasing from our being, over time, the pain, physical and emotional. No longer holding energies for others in our life, for humanity, or for our ancestors. Our bloodline is no longer going to be in our DNA.
We are clearing mom’s diabetes, dad’s heart disease, grandmom’s depression, sense of hopelessness and fear.
These are not compatible with our new resonance. So if any of these or other imbalances, emotional or physical, come up in our life, it’s because they need to be set free. Not because we have done anything wrong, or to punish us. Not even to ‘learn’ something about ourself.
But because they are no longer serving us or anyone else.
We have access to both the higher and lower frequencies. And in a world where most people are spending a lot of time in the lower ones, we find ourselves dimming our light a bit to connect with others.
And even when we are alone, we find ourselves dimming our radiance to connect with our limited, conditioned mind. We acquiesce to the fears and worries of the mind too often to count.
But that is also changing, as we notice we can’t stay in that lower frequency too long before we get either bored, or just can’t stand it a moment longer. And we notice the mind loves to entertain itself with all those gloom and doom scenarios.
We notice, some of us, that we can no longer afford to indulge those emotions, because they will perpetuate situations that are filled with pain and suffering.
So we don’t indulge the mind like before. We see how it tries to play us, god bless it. And we see how giving in will not allow us to experience the joy that is available to us in each and every moment.
We begin to recognize that the emotions of fear, doubt, worry and hopelessness are all forms of suffering. They feel awful, but are comfortable. Meaning they are emotions we are used to. They have been buried and are coming to the surface to be set free once and for all. And when they bubble to the surface they feel worse now than ever because we sense that they are not who we are.
We know we deserve to feel good. Even if we are dealing with a physical or other issue.
So it’s a good sign that we feel so uncomfortable with those emotions because it means that we will not be entertaining them much longer. Our frequencies are simply too refined now to tolerate them.
And the good news is that as we observe them, release them, thank them for their service, and let them go, our life has no choice but to reflect back to us what we are now choosing to feel. What our eternal self feels 24/7.
