In the last few weeks we have been inundated with powerful waves of high vibrational energies. These surges of energy can create resistance and highlight blockages of density. Growth and change are enhanced by these surges. Allowing whatever comes up within us to flow through and release – intending to go with the flow and stay centered and aligned with our hearts – will help us to remain steadfast within the surging energy currents. This is US, committed to our healing and expansion into truth and love. This is Humanity growing up.

These waves are sweeping through us and clearing away all that is not our truth. Have you felt yourself vibrating? This can often be felt when we lie down to go to sleep – it feels like our entire body is vibrating. Breathing in the surges of energy deeply with conscious awareness expands our energy and loosens the receptors that we are unaware of which keep us holding onto density. As the receptors loosen, they begin to release and we can use our breath to fill the void left by this release, thereby expanding our inner light of love and raising our energetic vibration. This is something we can focus on when we feel the surges – maybe not with so many words, but just focusing on our breath, feeling the expansion and release.

As Above, So Below
What is happening energetically will be played out in our physical lives. It can be challenging to remain centered when people around us are exploding or imploding with their resistance to release the wounded energies that are coming to the surface with the surge. We may get splattered with the mess of it, so it helps to do our best not to take anything personally. That can be a challenge!

It’s like deep surf that is lifting sludge from the bottom – the deepest part of our being and raising it up into our emotional and mental awareness for release. This is the most beautiful experience that we human beings are going through. It may not feel beautiful, but if you think about it, we are, collectively, releasing the energy of the great lie that has permeated the human experience for thousands of years. The lie of “original sin” which led to unworthiness and self-hatred, disconnection from our true nature and the nature of Mother Earth. We are healing the wounds of fear on a collective level and releasing the lies that became beliefs – which have been our agreement – our willingness to be enslaved. Yes… no victims here.

The Mirror Effect

Honest self-inquiry has revealed where we hold receptors for the beliefs that cause us pain and lead to victim consciousness. It can be difficult to look at this stuff within us. But it is necessary. The big hint that an opportunity for healing is up for us is when we feel like a victim. When we blame someone else for something we’re feeling. Watch when you find yourself pointing a finger, and look at those three fingers pointing back at you. Have courage! Find the deep love in your heart and look into the mirror that is being revealed to you. The key is to love ourselves when our shadow is revealed to us. Can you love your foibles? Accept and forgive yourself? This is the amazing thing about human beings – the spectrum of emotional frequencies that we hold is magnificent. All of it. The so-called negative and the so-called positive.

It may seem a little crazy “out there” as the shift hits the fan once again. We may experience our friends and family coming from the victim consciousness. We may get poked by the pointing finger of blame. This can trigger the wound in us that needs our attention. We can dodge the bullets but sometimes it is more expedient to take a bullet and see what the teaching is there. Be ready for a roller coaster ride. Each of us is responsible for our experience, our feelings, our reactions and responses. Always remember that glowing light of deep love within. We are more than the seemingly petty stuff that is whiplashing through the morphogenetic field but it is that very stuff that is clearing out and helping us to clear our own sludge.

Healing Our Broken Hearts
We can’t really help others, we can only be in our own experience, finding the deep love within our hearts and radiating it through our energy fields. If a wound is being revealed to us through interactions with others, tuning in to our steadfast inner love helps us to witness, soothe (love) and heal our wounds. Then, that golden light of the deep love within us gets brighter and larger, growing and expanding. And so when we release that energy (belief) related to the wound, we fill with the inner light of love. It is not outside of us, it is within us. It has always been within us. This speaks to the magnificence that we are. In spite of all the wounding we have experienced as a species – a collective consciousness – this inner light of love has never gone out. Amazing.

Unity

When we complete this cycle, we will be in the radiance of who we truly are – magnificent, loving, radiant beings, taking our place within the Universe. This is a glimpse into our great possibility and answers the question, “What is the point? What is all this for?”

Tuning in to one another in the Collective Consciousness gives us strength and increases the harmonic vibration of Love. We are never alone…we have one another in Unity. Remember: there’s strength in numbers. Onward ho!
