As human beings, we have only been aware of the physicalities of life. Now that we have entered the New Age and the vibrational frequency we live in keeps rising, there is more and more Light flooding the Earth, which is prompting us to look inside to find the Truth of who we are. By embracing our shadow and working with the Light we can raise our frequency, which causes changes in our DNA. The more we do this, the more enlightened we become. There are many barriers to break through along the way, but there is one major threshold that I believe many are now facing, or soon will be.

Facing and embracing our own shadow seems to be a never-ending process – every time we think we must have found every single bit of negativity and turned it to Light, there always seems to be more of it on another level of our being. This can be quite disheartening, but it is really not that surprising, as the frequency we live in is constantly being stepped up, and we are literally trying to keep up with this rising frequency. As soon as we’ve let go of things on one frequency level, we’ve got to face the same things again on the next level, which will carry on until we’ve let everything go and reach the Love Frequency, at which point we will face different challenges. So although this is a never-ending journey, being confronted with something we’ve let go of before does actually show that we’re making progress. At this phase of the Shift however, we’re being confronted with our human programming, a challenge that’s not easy to face or overcome. To give you some idea how it can be done, it may help to explain how I managed to break through my own barrier of human programming.

Whilst in meditation one day, I went in search of my inner core or power-base with the intention of empowering myself, when I was faced with hundreds of authority figures all at once in a ‘conference room’, as described in my book The Mystery of Self. Each and every one of them was trying to dissuade me from empowering myself and throwing up all kinds of reasons (fears) why I shouldn’t. It took me a while to understand who these inner authority figures were, but I eventually realised that they represented the programming that I had absorbed and lived by all of my life. We’ve all been giving our power away by allowing ourselves to be conditioned and controlled by the programming we’ve lived our lives by. Of course, by taking control of my power base – empowering myself – I would take back the power that these inner authority figures had had over me. While wondering how to manage this, I suddenly realised that only the human part of me was programmed – my spirit was FREE. So to overcome this enormous barrier that my human mind had thrown up, I connected with the Love of my spirit and allowed it to guide me. I went back into the ‘conference room’ shining my Light, and embraced each one of these inner authority figures with the Love that I AM. Love dissolved them all, which freed me to find my inner core or power base, leading to The Rainbow Bridge.

The Rainbow Bridge or Antahkarana is the merging of the Heart and Mind in perfect union. It ignites the three-fold flame of Love, Wisdom and Power. Once achieved, it allows us to live from the Heart – from Love, combined with the Wisdom of the Soul and the Power of the Spirit. It helps us to BE the Divine Beings that we are in Truth.

Although I can only speak from my own experience, I’ve no doubt that there are other ways of achieving Heart–Mind unification. Whichever way it is achieved, it represents a leap up in vibration and is a necessary step along the journey to find the Truth of who we are. Once we’ve broken through the barrier of programming, life becomes much easier to deal with, as it also helps us to stay centred. We start living by our own rules and surround ourselves with Love, because we KNOW that LOVE is what WE ARE.
