Ragged Goddess

Don’t be frightened of me. I am alive, I am raw, I am transforming as rage moves through my being, clearing out, breaking apart the encrustation of suppression, dominance, shame, grief. Oh, especially grief. I shake off the alien life form that has taken hold of my womb and the tree of life that lives within me. I bring myself to a higher vibration as all this lays crumbled in disarray and chaos at my feet. I rise again in full beauty of my Divine life stream, which flows from Source. I am Source Creatrix and I live within all who open to love and to the flow of life and creation, whether embodied in female or male flesh in this time of Awakening.

The grief of mothers whose children were taken from them, the grief and rage of the raped, the rage of the ones who were burned, the ones who shone their bright light into the world and were tortured and silenced, the ones who were shamed for being women. There is a rising within. It cannot be stopped or suppressed. A great wave is rising and building, to clear away that which is not love, that which destroys life and snuffs out the light of joy and freedom and creative expression.

Receive me. I am within your being. A seed of Life Force living within your DNA. As you receive me, call me out of slumber into wakefulness, I expand with love and grace. Within the Earth herself I am growing and expanding. The attention and care you give as you tend the garden of Earth, nurtures me. Your love and concern for natural habitats and the wildness and sacredness of nature nurtures the Life Force Energy upon this planet. And within your hearts.

As Above, So Below

Human beings are not separate from the Earth. What happens within Human is happening within Gaia as well. As the Goddess rising from within is received and nurtured, Homo Sanctus comes into being. The Sacred Human, living deliberately and consciously within the matrix of Humanity and Mother Earth and, eventually, the Cosmos. As the Goddess rises, the Christed Consciousness of Earth is restored.

Ragged Goddess
Transformation
Crawling out of the chaos
Kept alive through the eons
By dedicates
Devoted to life
Nurturing love
In the direst circumstances
Grief and shame
Poverty and ignorance

Keepers of the Divine flame
Returning again and again
Not ever giving up,
faltering at times
Amidst all manner of horror
Your time has come, dear ones
The arising has begun.

A Meditation

I have been contemplating this goddess energy within myself and within the Earth. At this time in the Northern Hemisphere, the snow is melting and patches of grass and mud are appearing. I take a walk through the meadow and stand facing the brilliant sunlight, tuning in to the Spirit of Life. Feeing into the Goddess energy, eyes closed, the sun on my face and suddenly I am aware of my hands reaching out and holding the hands of others. I see many women and men holding hands together. Many are people I know and then I realize it’s also people whom the people I know, know… and on and on this group of awakening beings are linked , opening to the Goddess within, men and women, and children are joining together all over the Earth. We are in Unity and we are strong. Let us consciously nurture this connection.

I offer this to those who read these words, this meditation can be done in an instant and it becomes a contemplation that we can go back to moment to moment, throughout our day and into our dreaming. We have a Divine Connection to one another. We are alive and we love.
