Dear Friends,
last weeks Cancer New Moon energy field has brought up important questions for the human collective about authentic holistic ways of nutrition for human beings, and many people felt the need to take a closer look how it truly works. On our united path to awakening into higher vibrations, our physical body is the individual vessel we have in order to experience the magic of being a human on planet earth. In my article “The Alchemy of Conscious Breathing – The Golden Path of Ascension” I shared some insides about the importance of raising our awareness for an inner connection to our breathing pattern and rhythm. As our breath is an important part within the nutrition circle for us.

Another important part of our food is to actively take in the cosmic energies of divine guidance, that are constantly having an impact on our life. In the article “7 Everyday Life Activities – That Also Are Meditations“, I shared how even people who are not used to quiet sitting meditations or other calming techniques, can make an easy connection to this tool of opening our mind to the universal flow.
Looking at the picture below you will find that another factor is our active conscious relationship with the beauty and power of the sunlight, which is also reflected in our inner relationship to the many divine rays of the different colors in our souls.
