True Healing

True healing isn't always a matter of getting what you want, but receiving all that you need to help you transform at your most optimal capacity.

There's a certain amount of time you are meant to spend in specific personal conditions and various states of consciousness. By being at certain levels of consciousness for specific periods of time, you build up the necessary pressure to inspire the growth and expansion needed to guide you along to your next highest level of consciousness. This is why everything is the way it is.

It is also the difference between being in a process and having a problem. If life is defined as a problem, nothing seems to change until you choose differently. When life is seen as a process, it is more about your willingness to flow with the harmony of life—whether seemingly going your way or not. While there are different choices to be made, they cannot be embraced by pressuring yourself forward. Equally so, life isn't always up to you. The time you need to be in various emotional states to weave in and out of differing levels of consciousness all play key roles in preparing you to make the choices you are destined to choose. Whether seen as a problem or viewed as a process, your life's journey is neither totally up to you nor completely decided by the hands of fate. It's a partnership of intimacy between you and divinity that allows you to be aware of your choices without believing they determine what comes or goes.

From this space of greater heart-centered openness, you are free to explore without needing to micromanage. You can choose from a space of higher ethical integrity without attachments to outcomes or believing safety comes from having more control. No matter the details of any moment, you can harmonize with the higher dimensions of reality by speaking lovingly and honestly to yourself every step of the way.

Whether breaking free, breaking down, or ready to break open, you always deserve more love, not less.

Even when you can't feel the love you wish you could offer to you, simply be still and know the love of divinity is always present. No matter what you do or do not seem to feel, you are in the process of becoming aware of what has been here all along.
