Feeling grateful for both the good and the bad that comes your way is a great way to discover that nothing in this life happens TO you, and that everything happens FOR you. It’s all part of your spiritual growth and evolution.

Today’s 10 Minute to Feeling Grateful: Guided Meditation, will help you to acknowledge the good that is present in your life, so that you can give thanks for it and start living with a fuller appreciation of all the blessings that you already have.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
