Guided Meditation for Healing Your Body From the Inside Out

This healing meditation will take you on a wonderful journey where your mind, body, and soul will be cleansed and healed of any darkness that might be present within you so that you can enjoy your health and live in alignment with who you truly are. 

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
