310: Today the Universe is asking us to use our intuitive skills and look for the truth around us. This includes our personal truth as well as the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it. This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships.

By allowing ourselves to feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self-care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors. If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

• The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us how to open the channels of divine communication and promotes feelings of divine love and teaches us about peace and how to share it. He can offer assistance in all things including your spiritual path.

• The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need without the unnecessary backwash. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom and that by following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

• Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

• Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

• Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiritual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us. Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.
