Cognitive dissonance, the space in time that it takes us to process something of profound significance occurs during and after upgrades. We may experience a bizarre bang above our heads, find we look younger, know what people are going to say before they say it, but it takes us sometime to assimilate this new environment. The fifth dimension looks similar, though nature is brighter and we start to see energy as colours or transmission waves, but essentially it is the environment we exist in, in this reality. We know everything has changed as our brain interprets what we see, hear and experience from a multi dimensional perspective. Our bodies lighten, bones, tendons, muscles, loosen, lengthen and realign. Every day something new occurs. synchronicities are noticed, interpreted and create resonance in our beings. We awaken our energetic senses. This tunes us into a whole new universe and a whole new way of interpreting it.

Yet essentially nothing has changed. We find we begin to make or create changes, where before we coasted, or stagnated, unable to motivate ourselves or face fears. Our heightened awareness of soul, of energy, of depth and layers to the universe means we step back from our lives even further. We refocus, zoom out, zoom back in, take stock, regroup with this new outlook, this new mindset. We are light beings now, those who have been consciously aware of this cosmic journey. Those who are just beginning will be experiencing the ripples in the fabric of their realities. They will be feeling more connected to their bodies, the planet, humanity and the cosmos. For those getting a handle on cosmic surfing, finding core balance between the 3d world and their new exhilarating 5d senses is the challenge. And slowly everything does change, from the inside out.

The orienting reflex is located in our right hemisphere, the part of our brain geared up for fate, for cosmic intervention, the unexpected. This orienteering reflex kicks in with imagination, creativity, meditation and magic as it’s tools. The right brain will green light outside the box thinking to aid evolution in an expanding environment. The reflex is instinctive and interconnected with survivor impulses on a base, primitive level. It will promote flexibility, adaptability and expansion to meet the needs of a quantum leap in our evolution. DNA upgrades take energy and time to integrate and assimilate. we then embed them, creating new neuron pathways of thought. Enlightened grooves, deprogramming us from the matrix, replacing fear with love. Our chakras are activated, deep karmic processes of energetic, organic and emotional expansion. We put in the work, we push through our dark nights of the soul. We stand taller after each one. We become calmer, more focused, less vulnerable. We break away from destructive relationships and environments, instead forging new bonds, creating spaces for soul nourishment in our lives.

We are in orienting reflex mode. We are orienting ourselves in a new fifth dimension environment. We are looking to balance and align, to stay within these higher frequencies. We are painfully sensitive to low vibration people, situations and places. We may not be able to avoid all low frequency spaces. We learn the art of recharging our batteries. Of welcoming solitude as a way of cultivating inner quiet and allowing space to raise our vibrations. Awakening is not a passive process, it is a wholly active process. As each step takes us higher up vibratory fields, we experience more out with the confines of the matrix. Some we can make sense of, some we may ignore. If we are cultivating gratitude, compassion and peace into our lives the strange 5d occurrences will continue to happen, and we will no longer be able to deny our world, or our experience of our world has drastically changed. We transform internally as our world externally metamorphizes into quantum wonder. We see patterns, signs, and winks from the universe. We see the lies laced into the fabric of matrix consciousness. We remember who we are and what we came here to do. We wake up.

Being woke is more than the political, and it is more than the spiritual, being woke is knowing the narrative we have been given is wrong, and the only thing that can be truly trusted is the heart. Being woke means knowing its all about energy, its all about alien and multi dimensional circumstances, and its all about love. The light is love. the fifth dimension is love. The doors will only open if we are in our heart energy. To orbit ourselves upon entering the 5th, round our heart chakra. I share love, I receive love, I am love. By regularly reconnecting to source energy, to the beating heart of the higher vibratory realms, we are inhabiting love vibrations. To give our lives, our existence and our experiences meaning, we filter everything through our heart chakra. Every experience is given the boil wash through emerald green heart chakra light. All the stains, the grime and the grit, will be washed away, we will imbue only the lighter energies around us.

We release and are protected from darker, vampiric energies. Dark workers are turned off by those who own their 5d existence. They see lightworkers awakening as vulnerable, like the empath easy to manipulate. They feel averse to the truly woke individual who prioritises their self care, has clear boundaries, and is quietly owning their light. In turn we will experience less abuse, bullying and narcissism. Our lives will be better for this. Own your light, protect your light and eventually we will all learn how to direct our light.

For now, rest, stay hydrated catch the suns rays for fiery power up and the moons rays for cool, calming karmic cleansing. We are still riding a powerful light wave, her peak at the lunar eclipse, having drawn much of the worlds loosened karma, negativity and darkness from our atmosphere. She has been a poultice to our planetary plague. Now we begin the process of realignment, of embedding upgrades. Of stabilising our cellular vibration in fifth dimension wavelengths. Don’t feel this can only be done if we meditate 10 hours a day and never ever eat meat. These things will help of course, but the only real code you need to dial high vibrations is love. Connect to love and you will always attain 5d.

Gaia has transcended to those higher frequencies, the separation has begun. The depths are calling some, whilst the heavens call others. Each has free will, each will make their own choice. The time for persuasion is over. Disclosure is well under way as is exposure. The truth is out there in the mainstream, leaking into the subconscious minds of the individual in this evolutionary process. Each become their own sovereign being when presented with truth. Do we choose the blue pill or the red pill? What will be. What it will look like remains to be seen, but the tipping point required to get Gaia into 5d has been reached. She has tuned up to the fifth dimension, sweated out her toxins, blown her demons to the winds. She like us must embed herself there. She and us must cultivate zen calm, flow and alignment, to ensure we disentangle from lower dimensional realities. For they will fall away, over time. Darkness will dissipate from the 5d Gaia, disintegrate, disappear. The tyrants and despots, dictators and lizard kings will be replaced by people who are motivated by their heart. Some will call a moment of reflection, of retrospect and it will be noted that much, if not all of the violence and fear, the atrocities of human trafficking and manufactured wars have gone. Then we will all get back to work restructuring, redesigning and reinventing planet earth circa 5d.

We are moving through such a profound time in the history of a planet and her people, it is quite astounding friends. Stay grounded to Gaia, and bathed in cosmic light. Be kind to yourself. Accept some hard truths and know you will ultimately be in a better place, no matter how harsh some of the revelations may be. It is time to stop trying to save, fix, enlighten or influence people. The time has passed for that. It is time now to protect and harness our own inner light, to focus our energies on our own higher vibratory fields, embedding our beings into the fifth dimension. The higher our vibration is the less dark workers will want to interact with us, the more we will manifest peace and love in our lives. This is our mission, to raise the vibrations on earth. We do this by staying in love vibration. By staying in our heart chakra. By staying away from things that bring us down, by realigning consciously after exposure to lower frequencies. By using creativity, imagination and our third eye to expand our consciousness.

Sit, be, think, meditate, listen to music, share ideas with like minded people, seek stimulating material online, breathe, stretch, align. Self care is the order of the day as we transcend the crest of this light wave, deep in the Shift. We avoid crashing back down by calmly grounding ourselves, using mantras to steady our boat every day, and staying focused on compassion, mindfulness and gratitude. We can be angry at the injustices, we can recognise the manipulations of those closest to us, but we are at a point where acceptance of the 3d world and the choices those in it make, is part of the disengaging process. We seek self preservation to enhance growth of our energy and our light. We interact with the third dimension in love frequency. We will be far more aware of the fourth dimension in dreamstate, visually and energetically, it will not scare us. We will be protected in higher vibratory fields of light where low frequencies cannot operate. Our aim is to integrate our beings with the fifth. To consolidate.
