Beautiful Souls,

We are experiencing 2 days of Geo Storms bringing in DNA changes for all of us. All part of the Equinox energies arriving which can arrive 10 days before and 10 days after the Equinox as I talked about in my last Equinox article.

Some of the symptoms are either extreme fatigue or extreme energy. You may have:

• Heart palpitations
• Dry mouth
• Bouts of nausea
• Waves of anxiety
• Sadness and depression coming in during this time
• Not wanting to drink water
• Food issues
• Feeling spacey and not fully in the body
• Bizarre and lucid dreams
• Many new insights and resolving of past traumas

Some of these issues I have been discussing for about a month now and they are coming and going. The not wanting to drink water issue is back again. Many are finding it difficult to drink enough water so please be diligent about your water intake and drink even when not thirsty to stay hydrated at all times. As our DNA changes we will experience some of these issues ahead of the actual complete DNA change to the body. Many things will have to catch up to other changes put in place. It is a systematic approach and it takes time for the body to catch up and align with the changes put in place.

When feeling waves of anxiety know this is not yours and does not belong to you. This is more darkness leaving the planet and us sensitives will feel EVERYTHING that occurs. So if you feel this immediately say NO to it and do something that is of a high vibration to take your mind and consciousness off the wave of sadness, anxiety or depression. Keep your vibration high during these times and do not let it sink into the lower levels. Do not embrace these lower levels but instead reject them especially if you have done the inner work needed to get past these symptoms.If you have not done the inner work, now is the time to get started as all darkness will not be allowed on the New Earth we are moving into.

Timeline changes are in effect… something that was not available to you before may come available now. Look for this to happen more and more. I had this exact experience a day ago where something  completely did a 360 for me out of nowhere and what I needed to manifest, manifested immediately.
