In these times of deep inner process it is important to remember the big picture and thus the purpose behind your current experiences. The incoming energies are both unpredictable and volatile and we are having to learn how to manage ourselves emotionally, mentally and physically as we attune to these energies.
With this weekends New Moon a new sense of balance is forming that will align you with the Earth’s new energetic structures. This may feel quite disorientating as a deeper embodiment and a deeper grounding is required to maintain stability in an unstable environment. Be flexible and adaptable. Allow yourself to be fully present to this process. Practice grounding exercises that connect you to the core of the Earth. Immerse yourself in nature as this will support you in processing and integrating the inner shifts occurring now.
