Dear Friends,
quite a while ago I wrote an article called the awakening path of a female shaman – my body my sanctuary. In this piece I shared insides about an interesting group experience I made with the communication ways in a Community Building Forum based on ZEGG principles. In that context I contemplated that many of the changes and profound new manifestations on planet earth, which are by higher purpose designed to lead the collective of humanity into the Golden Age of Aquarius, will have to do with each of us again becoming more transparent for another.

In order to authentically live in a true brotherhood of man, we will have to be able to trust another again and to understand each others feelings as well as each others energy field. This is a knowledge so complex, that it is better taken on board by witnessing, than by the week try to explain the complexity of ones personality and growth process with words. 

Since a while now we have experienced an increase on interest in the western society, for the Asian traditions of practicing mindfulness, yoga and for spending time in meditation. People get excited when they feel the many benefits like an increase of physical and mental strength, higher flexibility in the body as well and in decision making, the better connection with the personal breathing pattern and the relaxation that comes from knowing oneself every day a bit better. Now, while all of that is quite nice for the individual and may over time increase the collective health level on earth, in order to create an emotional and energetic field of trust between all beings on planet earth, we will have to go one step further.

You will have to understand one of the most fundamental things about meditation: that no technique leads to meditation. The old so-called techniques and the new scientific biofeedback techniques are the same as far as meditation is concerned. Meditation is not a byproduct of any technique. Meditation happens beyond mind. No technique can go beyond mind.

And this is where the power of being witnessed in Authentic Expression / Meditation comes into play. At this point it is important to remember that meditation does not only have the classic expression of quietly sitting and “emptying the mind”, but can indeed be a contemplative walk in nature, a song that brings the vibration we seek inside of us to life, a poem that expresses the things we did not understand until we wrote the words on a paper or a silent change of facial expressions – screaming our feelings into the world.

When we have the courage to come together in healing circles, in order to open heartedly witness the personally chosen form of meditation and authentic expression that the circle members have chosen, than we give power to the manifestation of a true brotherhood of man in this world.

Important to understand in this context is, that such a process of witnessing is not held in order to evaluate the others expression or choices, also not to bring forward approval or rejection, it is only there for the participants to show themselves with a strait spine to “the world”. What the witnessing group is gaining from that experience apart from possible adoration for the others, is to understand the ways, reasons and thought process of the others better.  And that naturally creates in human beings a higher ability for tolerance and a deeper trust for the others and ourselves.
