Making mistakes is very human. Nobody makes them knowingly or intentionally. They just happen despite us. But sometimes the mistakes are very serious and embarrassing. They have far-reaching repercussions not only upon us, but our loved ones as well.
While some people take their mistakes in their stride and try to learn from them, there are others who, being ultrasensitive, take them to their heart. They keep brooding sadly over them almost all through their life, repenting, blaming themselves, feeling guilty and ashamed. Quite obviously, this self-negating masochistic attitude does not help.
In this talk, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a prominent Bon Buddhist master, offers refreshing solutions for freeing yourself from tenacious feelings of guilt, blame and shame, opening the way to a happier, more empowering and productive life. The talk also includes guided meditation.
