7/5 ~ CAPRICORN Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse:
This is your Annual opportunity to release that which you no longer want to be part of your reality or your responsibility. Look to what you *Initiated* at Winter Solstice and how far you’ve progressed since then. What’s working? What’s not? What needs to be released? What needs to be strengthened structurally or otherwise?

What foundation-work needs to be done to support you better going forward? The Full Moon is shining a light in a corner for first time in 6-months to a year (the Capricorn House of your chart) revealing any weaknesses or cracks in the foundation of your current focus. Whatever you *Seeded* with the Capricorn New Moon/Solar Eclipse (12.26.2019) 6-months ago, has run its course and now the Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse shows you what is solid and can be expanded on – as well as what is weak and must be fixed, replaced or released altogether. This is the time every year when you determine what is truly feeding, nourishing, supporting & protecting you ~ on ALL levels ~ mental, physical, emotional & spiritual. Here, we are reminded that often, internal shifts precede external shifts.

Obviously, this is a general overview for the Capricorn Full Moon, however, this year is special because of the combination of rare planetary alignments, along with the pattern-changing Eclipses. There are plenty of write-ups on this Summer’s Sky Pattern. I even posted several articles on my blog that I highly recommend if you are feeling these energies in a particularly intense way. I’d like to check-in with how you are doing personally. How are you navigating these changes? Have you had to up-level your self-care? Have you noticed relationships ending (permanently) because they have served their purpose (and it’s all good)? Have you noticed that your personal needs have evolved so your vibration has naturally shifted? Have you noticed that you are attracting new & different kinds of people & situations?

I would like to remind you to take some time during July/Aug this year to assess & integrate your own personal growth, development & direction. Mercury Retro in Cancer suggests we need to tune back into the home base and to think with our feelings. Use this time to release ideas, people or situations which drain your lifeforce energy and/or dim your light. In Cancer, you are reminded to check-in with your own natural rhythm and assess where you may have gotten off that rhythm and must re-set yourself this summer so that you can handle the upcoming Fall Harvest. Use the eclipses for what they are good for: CHANGE. What are you ready, willing & able to change about how your live both your private & public lives? How can you renew your dedication to a routine that nourishes, inspires & energizes you? How can you put your ideas & skills to good use in the world? Where are your gifts & talents needed, valued & honored? What nourishes your body, awakens your mind and feeds your soul? Check in with your Self this summer – your SoulSelf – much of these very fundamental, basic things in our lives have changed and so have we! This is new territory we are in during this Eclipse Season so stay alert, creative & optimistic when you can and when things are dark & challenging, hold onto your faith in positive outcomes & miracles!

7/8 ~ Mercury Rx (ideas, thoughts & concepts) ~square~ Mars (desire & actions): (2 of 3: 5/11 ~ 7/8 ~ 7/27)
This activation can be a tough one for some. If your beliefs are out of alignment with your actions, if you are not self-aware or you tend to act-out unconsciously, being selfish or childish, then watch out, because squares test you to grow and change in some way. Often, this also means that you are suppressing your nature in some way, which is never really a good idea. When you suppress your Soul, it can make your human more sensitive or defensive, taking things personally as a threat or challenge. If you catch your Self feeling irritable for no apparent reason, try to step back and gain some perspective before responding to your own thoughts or another’s words. Mercury & Mars getting together, in this challenging way, can provoke debates and, in some people, actual fights, so be mindful. The deeper aspect of this activation is that some part of you wants to express, perhaps in a new way, and your monkey-mind has got you all off track. Mars demands that you know who you are and what you want, and is the Divine Masculine part of you, which is supposed to hold good boundaries, protect you and negotiate on your behalf in the world. If you know something that you are not acting on, this can be frustrating. If you are acting in ways that are not allowing you to think things through, this too can cause accidents, problems and delays. It is best to pull in until you are clear. And also keep in mind, you may not be the one out of alignment in the above ways, but those around you may be and will likely have no context for what they are feeling and therefore, become indiscriminate with their choices & actions.

7/11 ~ Chiron Retrograde in ARIES:
Chiron in Aries brings a Return to all those born 1968-1977 which means you are being initiated during the years 2018-2027 and we’re just getting started with an intense process of healing, education & transformation that is available in everyone’s Aries House. That also means that it is stimulating your Libra/Cancer & Capricorn Depts as well, so be mindful, compassionate & patient with your Self and everyone else. In 2020, we also have Mars spending June-Jan in Aries adding fuel to this delicious healing energy as well as passion & purpose if you work-it consciously & co-creatively, rather than be a victim. During Chiron Retrograde every year, we get an opportunity to check-in with ourselves and see what hurts or is tender and slowing us down. This year, with the Cancer/Capricorn Eclipses adding to the energetic vortex, we are in a beautiful position to break old, ancient patterns once and for all. So take solace in any healing or soul work that you are able to do is rippling out to affect the collective in a positive, healing & uplifting way.

We can all consciously honor the healing, education & personal transformation that Chiron facilitates. Pisces taught us about sensitivity & boundary issues, being a spirit in human form. Now, in Aries, we are opening up to the new directive of self-healing, self-assembling & self-mastery going forward. Chiron is best known as the Wounded Healer, the aspect of Self that came in with a wound to address this lifetime and in your chart, it represents your *Healing & Educational Path* – it is all that you learn on the journey to wholeness & integration and the healing & education that results from that journey. This 5-month period is going to reveal where you’re at in your own process. This time is deeply supported for a personal inventory or inner review. You have to be willing to face the fears & hurts, accept the losses & defeats, and then get up, dust yourself off & try again. Chiron can help guide this process. It’s time to be brave & pioneering (clearly, the old ways no longer work), it’s time to follow our instincts (though first we may have to connect to them properly), it’s time to face challenges head-on, and remember that though we have to do for Self (be self-sufficient & self-contained), we do not have to do it alone. So this time is really going to support the evolution of the individual within the context of the community or their relationships. It is all connected, if one evolves (Self), the other (Relationship) has to evolve too (or dissolve & go away).
