Yes: We have to understand Ascension is Raising Frequency and Vibration
your vibration is changing all the time, its an ever changing sound that's emitting itself, it is easily changed if you believe in yourself and act towards that belief.
No: I like this life, I like these experiences I want to stay longer in the system of learning on a lower level, because I have not yet accumulated the needed experience to continue my galactic process. Do not feel sorry for me because I'll be there soon, as time is irrelevant I'm there already.
Maybe: I'm not sure I'm new here and I have a lot to experience, but I know that I'll be guided by love wisdom and like vibrations, and my vibration is the one who I AM and so it is.
How can I ascend and take part in ascension?
How/When
How: is to meditate and to raise the frequency of the body and the emotions from the self, to understand yourself and the universe you live in, it is of high importance that you eat fruits and raw vegetables of like vibration, if its needed then clean the food you consume by asking for it and to visualize it as clean and purified.
When: The ascension follows your own tone of vibration that you put out. I have heard that ascension now happens in waves and that you can go in the waves on 2010/2011/2012, understand that if you fully accept what I tell you, and follow these instructions
that you will leave the old vibrations behind, this does not mean that you will die in a physical way, for this is not the case. Physical death is leaving the body behind and choose a different experience to continue with, the ones who now die in physical ways are the ones who still need to learn and continue their journey, but lets put this word in a better perspective - they change vibration to the world we know as spirit and continue from there, they realize that this world is changing and that they have to continue somewhere else the experience of duality.
Ascension is when you shift vibration and stay in the physical body and you will then experience the higher reality's, see UFOs, see beings around you and much more. This is what ascension is - it is a higher awareness.
Adronis from Sirius did not recommended us to do this, but the ones who want to ascend can do this and ascend in a matter of 6 weeks time, well I don't know what you all want, but I have received the indication that my higher self brought me the knowledge that my higher body is created, my 4th dimensional body is ready to be used and so I will use these frequencies daily and so I feel that soon I'll go beyond this world, and I hope to see all of you.
In the 4th dimension, I was amazed how my 4th dimensional body felt like it was one thought and one sentence that said its ready I welcome you and then I felt the energy from it, its a lot lighter, like a feather =)
