As we prepare to enter a new year, the incoming energies are inviting us to sever any remaining ties and old patterns that keep us stuck and or attached to the past. At the same time, we are still aligning with and integrating the intense energetic shift that occurred with the Solstice. As result, many feel as if they are riding a pendulum and swinging between feelings of excitement and joy to old feelings of fear, worry and anxiety.

Be mindful that in these final days of 2021 you are being fine-tuned and readied for the coming year. As such you can expect strong emotions and feelings to surface. Be willing to allow these deep emotions to surface and flow. Honour your process and recognise that something is ending and that the door to the past is closing.
