In the last few months our process of transformation, awakening and evolution seems to have intensified as we have been pushed and pulled towards expansion. This has forced us out of our comfort zones and into the deep unknown. We’ve glimpsed potential and yet at times it has been difficult to just get one foot in front of the other. It is important to remember is that there is an immense evolutionary force that is guiding our consciousness towards expansion and helping us to break free from the past. As a result, both inner and external turmoil will be felt. How we manage this turmoil is determined by our willingness to let go and surrender into the flow of evolutionary change.

As you move through whatever suffering and adversity you are experiencing remember to reach inwards for the strength and courage you need to continue. Integration and reorientation will occur with or without your conscious participation. However, for it to flow effortlessly it is important to make time for regular practices that bring you a sense of stability and calm. The path ahead may still be unclear and you may still be confused by the chaos of the past few months. Remember that even if you cannot see the next step, or how to proceed, your soul knows and is guiding your every step.
