Unexpected loss, sudden changes, challenges and huge shifts have graced all of us this year. We’ve ridden a pendulum swing of clearing and integration that has pushed us to dig deep and find the inner strength we need to continue. We have made great progress and will emerge from this year stronger, more connected and more than ready to embody our soul’s essence.

December is always a month of transition as the energies, shifts and changes of the past year intermingle with the incoming energies of the new year. As a result, there is a clash between the old and the new which is greatly emphasized at this time as you are readying yourself for the new cycle being birthed. You may feel more weary and exhausted as the intense struggles experienced this year seem to have taken their toll. It is vital that you pay attention to the needs of your physical body. Find ways of working with the intensity of this time that offer ease and grace. Remember that the physical symptoms are only temporary and will pass.
