As we start the final week of January many are feeling exhausted as we continue to maintain balance in a world that seems to seesaw between extremes. We have entered into a brand-new world and yet we continue to be challenged by themes from the past. There’s a pressure and a heaviness in our energetic environment that is pushing us to break free from the old habits and perspectives that keep us stuck in the past.

Whether you are aware of it or not the energetic environment around you is changing causing your energy field to expand. You are adjusting to this change and as a result may be feeling overwhelmed, exposed and vulnerable. Use this time to embrace your fears and your doubts with compassion and understanding. Avoid getting lost in judgment and remember that life does not always go as expected. Find a place of peace within you and allow yourself to let go of controlling the outcome.
