As we move into the middle of this month Mercury shifts into retrograde until the beginning of February. Typically, Mercury Retrograde offers us a time of reflection where we are encouraged to review, re-examine, and reassess. During this retrograde cycle we are being called to question our perceptions and to reflect on how our habitual ways of thinking which limit our expansion. As a result, we will gain a new understanding of ourselves and our past which will give us a greater awareness of what is possible and revolutionize our visions for the future.

During this Mercury Retrograde cycle, you will be called to deconstruct and redefine your ideas around stability and security, what it is that you think you need and where you are placing your energy. Be mindful that as the energy shifts and Mercury begins its retrograde you may be feeling disorientated and confused. However, as you attune to its flow you can use this time to actively reflect, review, reconsider and refocus. Keep in mind that Mercury Retrograde will ultimately bring you new insights and greater creativity.
