This month we can gain a deeper understanding of the changes occurring in our lives. The incoming energies are supportive and encouraging us to focus on the form and structure our life needs to take now. We may have to let go of the life we had planned and accept that a new way is emerging as previously established patterns, structures and beliefs fall away. As we continue to disengage from the past clarity will surface giving us insight into what is possible.

The past few years have prepared you for a new way of living that integrates and unifies your heart, mind, body, spirit, and soul. As a result, you are expanding beyond that which you have always known and into a new and different experience of life. You may experience feelings of being overwhelmed, vulnerable and exposed as you adjust to this new state. Be mindful that this month your energy bodies are altering and expanding which will shift you into a new state of balance and align you with the prevailing winds of change.
