We are being called to shift and change that which no longer serves us and to choose differently so that we may align more powerfully with the new. As a result, we are being asked to reflect and assess ourselves, our lives, our behaviours and our habits. These final days of January offer us the energy and the time needed to examine where we are placing our energy and our focus and whether this serves us moving forward.

Change can be difficult and uncomfortable especially when you are being called to question and reconsider your choices and your actions. However, this period is incredibly important as it gives you the time needed to step out of habitual reactions and into a space where you are able to learn how to respond to life with conscious intention. Situations and experiences now are calling you to harness your ability to be adaptable and flexible. Utilise this time by pulling inward to contemplate how you are responding to the call for change. Be willing to confront your fear and illuminate any blockages that need to be cleared.
