In these last weeks of 2020 a deep and profound healing is taking place. With this healing our consciousness is expanding gifting us with the ability to connect with the new that is birthing within us. There is a new energy that is moving through our systems and being integrated through all levels of our being. With this integration we experience a new level of awareness and gain a deeper understanding of the path that has led us to this moment.

It will take some time for this integration to be completed. Allow this process and surrender into it. Reflect on what you have experienced this year specifically, the lessons, the learning, the growth and the healing. Notice the shifts that have occurred and how you have come to recognise what is truly important. Remember that you are being prepared for the great changes that lie ahead and must now focus on acceptance, non-judgement and compassion as these are what will enable you to enter into the new year with a genuine sense of peace.
