The incoming energies are demanding and require us to remain in a space of fluidity despite any feelings of uncertainty. Fluidity allows us to remain open to all possibilities and opportunities. As we move into the weekend a space of inner stillness is necessary as it will help to stabilize both our thoughts and our emotions. When we are stable and centred we are able to let go of our attachments and become more receptive to the insights, understanding and clarity we now need.

In this eclipse season you may feel more vulnerable as aspects of yourself that have been suppressed or denied surface for healing and integration. You will find yourself becoming more aware of the nature of your relationships, your own needs and how you may be giving your energy and power away unnecessarily. It is best not to judge yourself and to rather give yourself the compassion and support you need. Be mindful of your own personal energy and take time to nurture and replenish yourself.
