The Equinox creates a potent and significant time with the incoming energies initiating a period of death and rebirth. This is a time of rapid transformation, and as such it is important that we are flexible and ready for change. We cannot predict how change will unfold but we can move with the changes and manage ourselves through the process by staying grounded and present to what is occurring in the moment.

In this time, you may find strong and unexpected emotions surfacing. Observe and acknowledge the feelings without over analysing where they come from or why they are surfacing. Remember that old emotions are often stored in the body creating blockages. The incoming energies are moving into all layers of your being and anything that obstructs the flow within you will rise for release. This can be viewed as challenging, frustrating, and exhausting if you resist the process. By consciously making time to connect with the energies and aligning yourself with them, you will find it easier to surrender into the flow and allow the release to occur.
