Transition & Transformation
Category: Kate Spreckley Written by Kate Spreckley

The Equinox brings not only a shift in nature’s seasons, but also creates a deeper, spiritual shift within us. It signifies a turning point in our journey with a new cycle of change being initiated with the start of a new astrological year.
As we stand in the energies of the Equinox, we stand in a liminal space suspended between the old and the new, between what has been and what will be. This can be an incredibly uncomfortable space as nothing is certain or predictable.
The Equinox is a powerful time of transition and transformation where you are invited to cut the cords that bind you to the past and step into a new stream of energy. However, be mindful that after the last two years of uncertainty and instability and now the possibility of more, you may be feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Allow yourself to stop for a moment and take stock of where you are right now. Know that no matter what the world reflects, there is divine order in it all.
