Have you ever wondered why some of the problems you face keep coming back again and again? Maybe it's something you haven't dealt with completely yet?
The things we think and feel can affect the world around us. If we don't learn the lessons that are taught to us, they will appear until we understand and get to where we need to be. Either we are not as interested in events as we should be, or we create these problems ourselves through our reckless actions.
If you notice that you go through the same things repeatedly, you have to do something about it. If nothing else, it is a sign that you need change. Sometimes destructive influences in our lives can attract things we don't want to face. Then you need to detox your life and release toxins from it in the form of problem people or bad work.
To ensure that the problem you face doesn't come back, you need to change the way you deal with it. Some of the available solutions are difficult to do, but if you manage them, your problems should not return.
Don't be obsessed or addicted
to anything The more obsessed you are with something, the more power you give over your life. You lose your freedom. Too much worry, the situation only gets worse.
When we are obsessed with something, we often act illogically, irrationally, absurdly. Learn to divert attention from your problem for a moment and look at it more from the outside, objectively. There are many ways to divert your thoughts. Do something that will distract you from it, and then come back to it when you feel a little more relaxed and ready to think about it properly and without unnecessary emotions.
Stop closing in
Don't be someone who has decided to see and hear only half the truth. There are always more elements in the situation than we realize. Be more open and perceive things from all sides. Just because something is contradictory doesn't mean it's wrong. Be prepared to hear and accept the uncomfortable and ugly truth. Maybe the inability to admit something is the reason why the problem comes back to you.
Stop walking the same way
If what you've done before to fix the situation didn't work, why try again? Be flexible and think beyond your old methods. There is nothing wrong with coming up with a new solution to an old problem. On the contrary, it is a chance for a final solution.
Stop acting for fear
Don't be afraid of the result. Be as constructive as possible and work on yourself. Acting out of fear causes you to make more mistakes. Fear in itself can cause things to happen again and again because you have not allowed yourself to intervene properly. Overcome your fear, do what you know you have to do, even if it's scary and you'll finally be able to move forward.
If one path didn't work, try another, but don't rush into anything. Relax and think carefully about everything. If you come up with the best solution, go this route and follow it. Not that you change your mind after the first corner, you wouldn't get anywhere in your life.
If you get stuck in a rut or leave things back on track, your problem will come up again. We manifest the things we have to go through in life, whether we realize it or not. Once you learn what you were supposed to learn, the problem will disappear.
