There is a saying “I can see right through you” and that has never been more applicable than now. It feels like everyone around us, including us, is becoming more and more transparent, as all of who they/we are – and who they/we are not – is laid bare. This transparency is happening whether we like it or not – it is not as if everyone is suddenly feeling urged to be totally upfront and honest with each other.  It is more like a curtain that was once dense is now becoming sheer, and so there is nowhere to hide.

As this process happens, we may not always like what we see.  We may have preferred the illusion of what someone or something was, more than we like the reality. Even if we had a fairly good idea of what someone or something was, the in-your-face transparency occurring right now is like someone turning the dimmer light switch up from medium to high. We may have thought we were seeing clearly a year ago or even a month ago, but it’s becoming a whole new ball game now.

Earth is much like a racing car right now, foot down on the accelerator, moving forward at breakneck speed into more and more of the higher vibrational light showering down on us. The light, and the speed with which we are entering it, is throwing off our veils and shackles faster than you can say ‘We’re not in Kansas anymore Toto’. Sometimes the light makes us feel overwhelmingly peaceful and blissful, when no matter what is seemingly going on in the outside world all is well in our inner domain. Other times, like the days leading up to March, we feel like hapless passengers holding onto our seatbelts for dear life, knuckles white and tight. Sticking our heads out the window for some air brings no relief – we are met by 500 miles per hour winds flapping into our faces. We look over to the driver – one Ms Mother Earth, who has a surprisingly lead foot for a woman several billion years old, hoping the harried look in our eyes might make her take pity on us and slow down. No such luck. She looks over to us with a wild gleam in her eyes and shouts out “Don’t ya love the feeling of freedom!”. Errr, that’s what this is?

February 2012 Monthly Visions: Strange Sounds and Showtime

There is a definite ‘calm before the storm’ energy in the air right now, with the storm representing a massive shift beyond our current comprehension. You may be experiencing this ‘calm’ as not calm at all, instead feeling a sense of anxiety or even fear, but that is just because what lies ahead is a big unknown. Others are feeling a buzzing excitement but are not sure what it is they are so excited about. For many people our contracts from the old reality have expired, but it’s not exactly time yet for our new ones to kick in, and so there is a sense of being in limbo, waiting for ‘something’ to happen, but not being able to put your finger on what that something is.

This in limbo space can manifest as feeling depressed, disillusioned or a “what’s the point of doing anything?” energy coming from lose/lose thoughtforms swirling and gathering around us like “If the Shift doesn’t happen, what was the point of anything, and if it is about to happen, what’s the point of doing anything now?”

January 2012 Monthly Visions: Expect More

So here we are in the long awaited year of 2012. You may have found that you went on a big spring clean of your life in the days and weeks leading up to the new year, feeling like you didn’t want to take any baggage, job, relationship, living situation or other circumstance into 2012 unless it truly felt right and good for you – even if it meant jumping into the unknown having no idea what’s waiting for you. While this can be true on one level for any new year, this year there is a stronger sense of urgency: that now is the time to act, to change, to shift, to let go. We are reaching deeper into our souls for all the courage and strength we can muster to do what we know we have to do. Whereas in past years circumstances may not have ‘allowed’ us to make changes, this year we are saying “Hang the circumstances, I have to make this change/go for my dreams/follow the call of my heart and soul even if I have no clue as to how it’s going to happen or work out.”
