With the bombardment of energy and disturbing news on your planet, it can be easy for your nervous system to go into overdrive. We highly recommend you create a space for yourself to retreat to if you feel overwhelmed, that signifies comfort and safety.

Let your nervous system know that you have created this safe space especially for it to be able to let its guard down and relax. Try to make this space appealing to all the senses. Let it know you can visit it whenever it needs.

Once your nervous system knows it can let go and reset in this space in your home environment, you can soothe it when you are out by simply thinking about that environment and visualizing how it serves all your senses in a calming and peaceful environment.

This is an effective tool for you to use as you go through the accelerated times you are currently experiencing.
