So much has changed for you that what you once resonated with may not be a good match for you anymore. Or perhaps, due to following a path of duty or obligation, you have left activities that you once enjoyed behind.

The path forward for you is one filled with much more lightness, expansion, and yes, even fun! It is time to rediscover who you really are and what lights you up. So if we could have one wish for you today it would be that you dedicate this weekend to the sacred task of discovering what brings you joy and then take solid steps to include much more of whatever that is into your day to day life.
