The need to ground and be in your body was discussed yesterday as a necessary aspect of physical manifestation. Many of you have responded that you don’t like being in the body. We would like to explore that today.

If you don’t like being in the body, we encourage you to explore why that is. Does it feel unsafe? What specifically are you afraid of? Are you able to discern what it is? Is that fear based in reality?

A Simple Fix for Feeling Unsafe

A simple fix for not feeling safe in the body is to play a little game we call In This Right Now Moment. In this right now moment we urge you to do the following. Breathe. The air is clean and sustaining you. What does it smell like? Look around. There are no immediate threats in sight. Listen. What do you hear? Touch. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Use all your senses to realize that you are fine, exactly where you are. Then ground into the safety of your present moment.

"Once you have established your safety, shake off your worry. We mean this quite literally."

Release Fear and Call on Support

Move your body in whatever ways feel best to dispel the energy of fear. Then call on Archangel Michael to take over and make sure that zone of safety is continued so you no longer need to worry about it. It is the angels greatest joy and honour to serve you, and we are happy to do it on your side of the veil.
