Today we offer a way to be of simple service to yourself, the planet, and others. Simply go outside and put your barefeet on the earth. Allow your stress and anything you need to let go of to go into the earth from your feet to be transmuted and released. Allow your energy to go through your feet to send love to the earth, as well. There is no need to send it deep into the earth for the energy will travel right from where you are, through the grids, to where it is most required.

If you are near water, put your feet in the water and receive healing and release from the waters. Then intend to send love through the waters to wherever it is required most.

Last, offer gratitude to the earth for all she does for you. And be sure to offer gratitude to yourself for all you are doing, as well, for it is no small feat to be a pioneer on a shifting planet. ~ABDArchangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
